Now in it's 7th vintage. We work with one of the largest mashes in our brewery to produce this delicate and decadent Imperial stout. To celebrate the 7th vintage we hand selected some of the finest small batch whiskey casks from our friends at Teeling's Irish Whiskey. This year's vintage was racked to those barrels back in October 2020

Bottle. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Roasted Malt, coffee and Whiskey notes. Boozy. Taste: Dark roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate notes, boozy Whiskey. Bit spicy. Smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel. Full body, below average carbonation. Over modertae to medium sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. Long lasting dry roasty finish.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino media, discretamente persistente. Naso potente, note di cioccolato fondente, caffè, legno, bourbon, vaniglia. Spettacolare! In bocca è se possibile ancora migliore, rotonda, calda, corposa, cioccolato in attacco e chiusura caffettosa amara, con note di bourbon, vaniglia e legno. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Uno spettacolo!
