Poured from 750mL bottle (2022-2023 vintage; bb 01/02/2033). Lightly hazed orange with small white head. Nice soft funk with underlying grape skins, nice balance of sharp yet easy drinking, some feint manure notes on the nose.

Aroma: funk, grapes, some sweetness and oak, bold.
Taste: along the same lines, some nice sharpness, moderately acidic, some fruit.
Overall: good one 👍

C: red amber to pale coppery, hazy.
A: grapefruits, blueberries, bit sour lactic, woody, funky, grapes of course.
T: sour gooseberries, red berries, grapes, woody, sour lactic, grapefruits, nice puckering , blackcurrants, medium carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

From bottle. Big sourness with red grape, grain, bretty funk. Pretty sour, a little sweetness from the grape. Funky sour finish, good!

Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky easter and some vinous notes with some grapes notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some vinous notes with light grapes notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Interesting graped based lambic.

Little cloudy red brown to amber beer, small aery irregular white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, fruity, grapes, woody, funk, earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, a little bitter, good acidity, a bit lemony, earthy, wood notes. Aftertaste: juicy, a little bitter, lots of grapes, fruity.
