Little cloudy red brown to amber beer, small aery irregular white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, fruity, grapes, woody, funk, earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, a little bitter, good acidity, a bit lemony, earthy, wood notes. Aftertaste: juicy, a little bitter, lots of grapes, fruity.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy redish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, oak, old hay, sulfur, fruit stones, grape peel, leafs, flowers, minerals, old rope, bark, sour grapes, hints of popcorn. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, grape peel, old rope, oak, mild vinegar, sour grapes, leafs, old hay, soda powder, minerals, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruty mouthfeel. Nice taste, not so nice aroma...

Bottle. Grote Dorst takeaway thing. Proper hazed deep orange copper colour. Slim ring of white. Not the best looking beer. Nose has super sweaty leathery funk. Old wet oak. Lots of juicy red grape. Taste is juicy tart and moderately bitter. Lovely mouthfeel is crisp and juicy. Fine carbonation. Juicy finish. Ace.

Pours unclear amber. Scent is very rough and raw, sewer, funky but not in a great way. Earthy, rather unpleasant. Taste is full, sharp tartness. intense and earthy funk. not a favorite.

Brassigaume 2023. Clear dark amber beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of dry tart red berries, grapes, phenols. Taste of sour red grapes, blackcurrant, funk, brett, barnyard.

Hazy pink colour, no head. Aroma is pleasantly funky and fruity. Lots of farmyard. Tangy taste. Can taste the grapes. Quite lemony in the finish.

Shortlived pink rim over hazy red to terra cotta beer. Red fruit, lambic, but also rubber, sulphur, burning tires. Sourish with fruitacids, lactic acid and sour pink-red grapes. Light body with acidburn and -thinning, tart but not really outright acidic. Remarkably less special than most of Tilquin's recent offerings. Reason?

Bouteille 75cl, merci à Pierre, lors de sa fête d'annif pour ses 50 ans. partagée avec Vincent, Isa et Kevin.
Couleur pâle/cuivre, col blanc-cassé.
Arôme est bien fruité avec l'apport du raisin - petite note rappelant la rhubarbe, note un peu fruitée rouge oscillant sur la cerise bigaré avec un rétro-nasal complexe de l'assemblage des lambics.
Palais est bien fruité, plus complexe que la version Viognier - rondeur de bouche avec une sécheresse franche en fin de bouche. Petite note de pamplemousse rose, florale avec un côté pétale. Le tout est repris par le caractère des lambics qui rend ce colet rustique, sec, funk.
