Bottle shared with RJ, courtesy of Kini and tesi. Nose is nothing, light soy sauce, light sweetness. Taste is some honey sweetness, some acidity that might be coming from the fruit, or elsewhere. No barrel character, no trace of the additions, a big, muted mess all around. I guess something went wrong, huge disappointment.

Coppery brown colour with no head. Aroma is honey, some mild vanilla, coconut and a bit alcohol tones to it. Flavour is blueberries, some vanilla, honey, mild coconut and a bit wooden and some almond like tones too.

Dark brown colour and no head. Toasted, sweetish aroma, hints of honey. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Sweet, toastyness then lots of honey.

Draught at BeerGek Bar 9th anniversary. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- prunes in rum, dark berries, dark chocolate, bourbon, coconut. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly bitter, blueberries, other berries, cherry, plum, dark grapes, bourbon. Fuller bodied. Great.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 13.0%. Very dark ruby colour, nearly black. Small tan head. Aroma of honey, malts, vanilla, coconut, blueberry, bourbon and fusel. Very moderate carbonation in the mouth. Very sweet flavour of honey and coconut, also notes of vanilla, bourbon and blueberry. I recommend sharing the bottle between 2-3 persons.

Tym razem zaczynam od niższej temperatury ( no jak na wagę i styl to za niska, ale chcę zobaczyć jak się będzie otwierało, 10°c, rozpić go mega powoli). Trochę będę skakał z aromatu w smak ale inaczej się nie da bo z takiej temperatury cały czas się zmienia, bardziej otwiera. W smaku bardziej słodziaszkowo a miód dużo mniej wyczuwalny jak HIVE, dodatki stanowią pierwszy plan beczka jest wycofana, co do aromatu jest on bardziej subtelny, a w smaku jest dużo łatwiejsze, tutaj to już alkohol jest wręcz genialnie ukryty, a sok z borówki amerykańskiej sprawił że pije się jak słodziaśny likier. Po około 10 min tak jak myślałem beczka zaczyna wychodzić, dębina, waniliny, w smaku zaczyna wanilia ładnie wychodzić. Dużo się dzieje jest bardziej subtelne ale złożoność większa. Myślę że w pierwszej trójce braggotów jakie piłem, i o ile za nimi szczególnie nie przepadam ten piję z przyjemnością, pomimo że kontra słaba jakoś mnie nie zmęczył, świetnie grałby z serem cheddar.
