Bottle, 375ml waxed. A minimalistic light beige head sits patiently over an unclear dark brown body. The aroma has a pleasant woody, boozy touch, along with lots of dark dried fruits. Raisin and prune mostly, with a good dash of dark toffee. Some roasted malts and hints of licorice. It's smooth on the palate, super-smooth, almost oily, very softly carbonated, lightly warming, with a good sweetness. Not much bitterness going on. Caramel, toffee notes, dark dried fruit and some booze in the flavor. Lasting lightly warming finish. Very smooth this one, well hidden alcohol too, and tasteful indeed. Really, really nice. 220422

Smell-weak to medium, malt, caramel, some sweetness, some whiskey tones. Foam- thin to medium, weak sourness, weak acidic tones, malt, caramel, sweetness. Head is small, medium-dark brown-white color. Appearance- nice brewer bottle cap, vax sealed, the label is somewhat simple, but small bonus added. Black color, no carbonation. From- snifter Price - 6,49 euros for 0,375ml Taste- sweet, acidic, sour-sweet, sourness is very limited. Caramel, semi-sweet mix. Weird, alcohol mixed in well, maybe the acidic notes work with it. Overall actually good, tasty.

Dark mahogany brown colour with thin wispy head and almost no carbonation. Aroma is sweet and malty with elements of dark, fresh bread and dried fruits. Flavour has sustained raisin and prune sweetness that is quite dominant. The alcoholic strength just about stops this being too sticky and sweet. Finish is more like a Tawny Port than a whisky though.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, no head. Aroma: Combination of Whiskey and red wine, some grape, dark fruit, hints of vanilla. Taste: Dark dried fruit, dried red grapes, notes of red wine. Over medium sweet, sweet caramel notes. Some vanilla. Sirupy, sticky mouthfeel. Boozy, Whiskey notes. Hints of leather. Light carbonation, making the mouthfeel of this new 2021 Whisky version better than the original 2018 version which was completely flat. Full body. Long lasting sirupy sweetish and fruity finish. Vwry light bitterness. Very nice one. Like the first version, I'm surprised again that this beer is Whisky BA but has quite strong wine-like flavours.
