On tap at Sternla, pours a clear dark amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma has crunchy bready malt, a touch of toffee, and straw. Flavour is dry and malty, with bready malt, crunchy husky malts, and a touch of toffee. A bit rough but pleasant enough.

Op tap bij Zum Sternla. Mistig donkeramber kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Caramel, licht kruidig, kruidnagel, toast, niet te zoet, mooi bitter. Iets gistig maar wel een prima bier wat mij betreft.

Pretty cloudy amber to dark orange beer, creamy dense light beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, a bit sourish impression, grains, caramel malts, fruity touch, some red forest fruit. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: good bitterness, a bit sourish, malty backbone, a bit watery, more hoppy. Aftertaste: metallic touch, malty, somewhat nutty, biscuit, bitter hoppy finish, grassy, not as good.
