0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 10.11.2021. yellow cloudy color, medium big white head. smells oak, wood, herbal, minerals, peppery, subtle walnuts. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, tobacco, herbal, oak, walnuts, subtle funk, cheese. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, walnuts and cheesy notes. Very very nice one, love the soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Great complexity, love this

Oct 29, 2024 (9/4/8/4/17=4.2): Poured from 375mL bottle (2021 vintage). Figured I'd treat myself to a nice solo beer. A great pop from the cork - it started slowly exiting the bottle as soon as I took the cage off, but no gush - perfect. Clear deep gold with small dissipating head. Great solid beer, lowered the taste by .1, but that's still a 4.2 total. Mar 18, 2024 (9/4/9/4/17=4.3): Poured from 375mL bottle (2021 vintage). Clear gold with small white head. Really nice funk and horse blanket, dry finish. Easily my favourite Beersel.

Bottle. Clear golden. Lots of typical Boon funk, green fruits with gooseberries and starfruit, soft oak, white grapes, dry cellar. It's not too sour, with soft sweetness and a bit more bitterness than most Oud Beersel. Almost full bodied. Hard to tell what exactly the demi muids influence is, but this is a lovely geuze.

Clear gold blond to almost beige beer, creamy irregular white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, fruity touch, good funky notes, barnyard, clean though, nothing dirty or very odd, some hay, a bit woody, lemon. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: clean acidity up front, sourish, lemony, pretty bitter, some tannins, fruity notes, peaches. Aftertaste: more lemony, tannins, bitter, peppery touch, acidic, dry, fruity, oranges, orange peel, grapefruit, nice!

Bottle, huge thanks Lukรกลก for sharing this with us at OP! Hazy golden body, white head. Lovely fruity aroma, very well integrated, along with some funk, matches, etc. Lean, sweetish, smooth, dryish taste, herbal, fantastic funky presence, fruity, my notes are getting more towards the gibberish, but I appear to have absolutely adored it by then. Well.. to be expanded if I catch it again.
