Commissioned tripel with yellowish white, thin but fairly stable, creamy head and bright golden blonde colour, misty. Aroma dominated by a sweetish spice perfume (vanilla, saffron, cinnamon, ginger?), pineapple, honey, pepper, gingerbread, gin-like alcohol. Taste a delicate, bit vanilla-sugar-like sweetness, medium carbonation, soft honeyish development with aromatic spices again, bit banana, mild flowery hops, no real bitterness and bit thin mouthfeel. Promising start, bit disappointing ending, would benefit from more hops, if you ask me.

Bottle from Asao. Malty aroma, bread and crackers, light citrus, grass, and a touch of honey. Medium gold with a low head. Somewhat sweet and fruity, a bit tart, with noticeable alcohol, honey, some bread. Lemony, with light bitterness. Decent enough. Light but smooth, rther refreshing, though not very special.

Not a really good blond strong ale. Hazy blond color, fair smell and taste. Good carbo and body.

Bottled 330ml (BB 06/2011)
Thanks bierkoning! Deep orange, yeasty hazy color, small white head. Aroma has peach, grapefruit and pepper. Medium to full bodied. Quite fruity and sweet: peach, orange jam/marmalade. Then some spices and alcohol in the finish. This is drinkable, decent dessert beer.

330 ml bottle. Slightly hazy, golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and yeasty. Flavor is sweet, light malty, spicy and yeast. Very typical Belgium but pretty average as well. I like it but I wont do much effort to hunt it down.

Bottled (as Gribousine Malonne Blonde). Cloudy pale orange, creamy head. Fruity nose wit cinnamon , yeast and orange. Sweet and fruity, soft and medium bodied. Some sugar and marzipan. Yeast and orange remains dominant throughout. Quite laid back and pleasant
