Can shared in Bristol - thanks to Danny. Poursbckear deep brown with a frothy, tan head. The nose holds well toasted autumnal herbs, brown bread, burnt earth. Medium sweet flavour with more autumnal slicing, brown bread, faint cocoa, scorched earth. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, more well toasted brown bread, autumnal spices, pumpkin flesh, a little roast. Good stuff.

Can big thanks to messed up Dan. It pours cloudy dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, earthy roast, cinnamon, toasted nutmeg, cocoa and chai latte. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, cocoa, toasted nutmeg, coffee grounds, cinnamon, peppery spice, chewy action and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A touch sweet perhaps, but not bad.

Dan's Stag. Hotel room tasting. Can. Clear brown - amber beer, small tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dry malts, trace of dry cream. Pumpkin and a little dry spice. Light caramel and a little dark fruits. Dry finish. Don't get the latte angle, just another dry pumpkin beer.
