3/III/24 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 14/VIII/25 (2024-142)

Pretty clear blond yellow beer, big irregular white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, good funk, brett notes, a bit lemony, herbal touch, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, a bit floral, hoppy, fake lab grown brett, funky touch, soapy, sourish. Aftertaste: bitter, soapy, floral, rather acidic, lemony, a bit grassy, hoppy, more brett.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb 24. Brought by me. Pours a misty bright yellow, good white head. Lovely floral brett aroma, crisp Brett action to taste with wonderful wild floral shades. Could've easily sunk this bottle myself. Drunk listening to Hey Colossus, which this beer is dedicated to, a great band I saw a number of times back in the day.

19th February 2024; Shrewsbury Gathering, five blokes and loads of beer to share. First beer of the tasting, cheers Mat for the 75cl bottle of this and for playing some 'Hey Colossus' tunes while drinking it. Clouded pale yellow, white crown. Reminded me of Lemon washing up liquid (not that I drink that sort of thing) to be honest. The aroma and taste were lemon juice like with a Brett funkiness. The other four guys loved it!
