Nach guter fränkischer Brautradition natürlich gebraut, klassisch gereift. Mild, feinherb und erfrischend, mit angenehmer Hopfennote.

0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before October 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, floral and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of fresh grass, some citrus and a touch of honey. Sweetish, quite floral and just a little grassy taste of fresh grass, some citrus and hints of butter, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, very smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Nice!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, spicy, light fruity hints of lemon. Not too dry. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Okay.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, best before 8/26/2013. Pours slightly hazy golden straw color with a small dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, grape, pear, apple, honey, cracker, biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Ok aromas with a large amount of fruitiness present with some pale malt and earthy hops in the background; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish. Nice balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester notes; with solid robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Taste is much more clean and balanced than the nose. A bit on the bland side, but not watery. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and clean mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a solid Munich helles. Other than the overly fruity aromas; taste was pleasant, balanced, and clean; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A pleasant and enjoyable offering.

Slightly cloudy gold with a busy white head. Bread, honey, malt aroma. Flavour is lightly grainy, grassy. A little stale.... Probably fairly good if fresh.

500 mL swingtop from Total Wine West Richmond. Pours a slightly hazy very pale yellow color with a creamy white head. Good head retention. Grainy aroma with some sweet malts, toastiness and floral hops. The taste is sweet malts, grassy hops, grainy notes and a bit of nuttiness. Thin bodied.

Bottle, 4.9%. Mild hay aroma. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is mildly bitter, there is a faint hint of aroma hops. Clean, but not so interesting.
