This delightful Pils pours a semi-cloudy light straw color with a white head. Intricate hop aromas of white grape and lemon mix with earthy grass notes. Lemongrass and floral hop character on the tongue is balanced by a lightly sweetened biscuit malt character. The finish is clean and smooth.

Can from the Advent box day 5 Lightly hazy light golden color with a bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Bready crackery maltiness offset with earthy spicy grassy hops. Light body crisp carbonation. OK

Brewery draught, 11/18/22. Rich amber-maize-gold. Big, off-white head. Low hop and gentle mineral and grain. Some honey-like richness. Lots of floral hop, some good fruitiness, not just your cookie cutter fresh herb and pepper. Soft, fruity, malty, lots of texture but also quite dry. Interesting apricot-like hoppiness. Light, yet malty, not as bitter as usual. Interesting and different. Balanced and flavorful if not exactly what I think of as an Italian pils.

Always try any new to me schilling paired with tomato and mozzarella pasta dinner. Cloudy yellow, not the prettiest of hues. Head not all that large. Nose is floral and citrus. Tastes of lemongrass, basil, floral, hay, and crackery. Zippy palate. Lingering herbal finish.

Pours slightly hazed straw into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet meadow and earth aromas. Crisp and dry with hay and cracker upfront turning to earthy straw before the lasting bark finish.

16 oz. can. I just had Aosta 2 weeks ago. Was skeptical if this was different. Well, it really is. Color is golden with lively carbonation. Aroma is light citrus notes, lemon, herbal. Taste is lightly bitter, loads of herbal and light cracker notes. A little raw grain.
