Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, small fizzy white head, some lacing. Aroma is dusty, lemon, bugs. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk. Light body. Tarter than preferred

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up via trade. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a fading, foamy white head. Lovely pale wood, funk and lemon in the nose. Lightly sweet with brisk lemony acidity, oaky dryness, restrained funk, a little peach, melon, salty sweat, soft grassy bitterness. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Quick and quenching finish, more lemony bite, cleansing acidity, mild woody dryness, a little white wine, rounded citrus, salty notes. Delicious.

750ml (thx, Marc-Antoine G.!) shared with George's gang @ Green Point campground. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: very nice funk with some nice bugs, sweet flowers, very juicy. Taste: along the same lines, lots of going here, multiple layers of funk, bugs, wood, and hops. Overall: this is really amazing one.

750mL bottled 9/30/2020, drunk 4/10/22. Good clarity in this bright, lemon-yellow-golden beer with a solid amount of white head that shows moderate retention. Strong house minerality/yeast character adding pepper, cellar, must, light lemon and such. Lightly citrusy hops complement and there's a soft, wheat/malt-like character that is pleasantly bland, helping cut the acidity. Clear, clean, bright aroma with no alcohol, flaw or overabundance of hop. Soft and round in the mouth, very substantial and comforting malt texture with high attenuation and a lemony-yogurt character that is mild and even. Wheat/malt softness/slickness and a lingering bright acidity. Lots of mineral and even some stone fruit emerging as it warms and breathes. Clean, super drinkable and flavorful.
