Tussle, was designed with the simple goal of nudging forward the intensity and saturation of hop character in a Pale while maintaining the drinkability that we demand from the style. With a blend of Cryo Hops (HBC 586, Mosaic and Simcoe) we think this one hits the mark - a huge wave of hop flavor quickly gives way to a surprisingly clean finish that immediately invites another sip.

Can picked up at J&B Craft Drinks and drunk at home (08/11/2023) - New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ bright juicy fruity aroma and taste, some clementine and peach and grapefruit, citrus rind, grassy and piney hops, sweetish pale malts, finish is solid bitter edged hoppy. Nice one, great first impression.

ON tap @As Is. Stemware. Hazy, frothy, sticky, pale honey sorbet pour. Earthy melon, not completely certain nose. Taste is more earthy than pithy, sweet tea, bite-y zest on the end. Thin, perfect acid. Sizzling carbonation. Great.

On tap at Hops Hill Atlantic Ave. Pours hazy pale yellow. Perfume, orange, apricot, tropical fruit. Medium body. Good.

City Tap draught, 7/14/22. Moderately hazy, brass-bronze. Thin, white head. Big ol juicy nose with bubblegum ester(?), Or is that just melon-heavy hop? Soft, sweetish malts behind. Grainy, rustic, bubble gummy, lightly juicy with melon, pine and light alcohol. Kind of all over the place and the mosaic, per usual, are scallion-heavy. Really can't drink mosaic hopped beers any more. This hop is disgusting. Fox Farm does their best here but this hop is just shit. Soft texture, well attenuated, no resin.
