30th May 2021 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a nice level of creamy sweetness, a tad sweeter than yer average dipa malt base. Good fruity hops, Idaho 7 piney tropical fruits and tropical fruits seem to dominate. Some good orange - tangerine - mandarin citric depth. Floral citrus that is probs El Dorado but the Sakura element is a bit overwhelmed but not entirely lost. Mosaic also ran. A modest citric peel bitterness towards the juicy fruity end. Well rounded and very drinkable.
