Narrowboat IPA is a traditional British IPA; a well-hopped, higher-strength ale with a balanced maltiness. A refreshing, clean, crisp IPA that packs plenty of flavour, Narrowboat is the perfect beer for sipping whilst watching the world drift by.
Dry-hopping with Endeavor and Cascade gives citrus, berry and floral notes to a backbone of pale, crystal and wheat malts. Hoppy yet perfectly balanced.

Can from. Two Thirsty Men. It pours clear rich amber with a small white head. The aroma is sappy, sticky, resin, berry, dried fruits, toffee, floral and juniper. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, toffee, resin, sappy, crisp biscuit, wood, berry, floral accents, marmalade and some peppery juniper. Finish is crisp and dry. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Quite an old skool British IPA offering, but works well with a wee dram.

Taste comprises mellow citric zest, grass, caramel, biscuit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spotted with mellow hop bitterness.
Okay.

11/3/2026. Can bought direct from the brewery. Pours pretty well. Aroma is malty, caramel, buttery, hoppy, touch dank and piney, berries, old school edge. Some odd burnt plastic and polythene comes through on the taste. Starts better than it finishes.

Can. Clear deepish gold beer, a decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a touch of natural grain, biscuit and mild not-that-sweet caramel. Hops bring cooling pine, some mild ripe citrus and a whisper of English hop orchard fruits. Clean and crisp with a trad taste. Tidy.
