Bottle. Aroma of charred malt, light ash. Flavor shows Light, ash, weak chocolate, and slightly astringent finish. If I were to say, the body is light that would be a compliment. Texture is very thin. Watery.

500ml bottle. Dark brown pour with a big beige head. Aroma of dark malts, caramel, toffee. Taste is malty, caramel, toffee, dark/dried fruits, a little roast and dark chocolate, sweet-ish with a light bitterness to finish. Medium bodied. Very nice.

500ml bottle from Beerdekel in Moscow. Pours opaque dark brown to black with a tall tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, chocolate. Taste is light sweet, dark chocolate, roasted malt. Medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. Excellent one.

Bottle from Prost, the Wirral. Dark. Inky. Thick foamy beige head. Aroma has burnt caramel, berries and coffee. A tad syrupy. Medium bitter. Coffee. Grains. Berry edge. Underlying malts and caramel hints. Medium bodied. Quite oily. Soft carbonation. Restrained fizz.

Pour is a black with a large mocha head. Aroma is sweet toasted malt. Flavor is some chocolate with some burnt caramel. Finish is more caramel on the tongue. Decent Czech dark.

Appearance: Fogged deep brown with a tall ivory-coloured head of good retention. Aroma: Toasted malt, bread, umami, chicory, spicy hop. Taste: Medium dry. Toasted and somewhat roasted. Bready. Hoppy. Herbal & spicy. Light to medium hop bitterness in the end. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Good.
