A bold West Coaster, this is the little sibling of our Crystallography series, with all the hop burst and clean finish but in a lighter and crisper body. This edition is hopped with Columbus and Strata for full-on dankness, with deep grapefruit and tropical flavours and pine resin on the finish.

Pours unclear , warm blonde to lighter amber. Medium sized white head. Scent is medium mild crystal malts. Very low intensity on the pine character. Taste is full, fairly bitter but substantially sweet by the maltyness, especially for the style. Medium full body, which is surprising for the ABV and style. Medium carbonation. Easy drinker, and enjoyable !

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Light sweet flavour with mellow piney hops, citrus rind, a little white grape, white pepper, dry pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, dry bitterness, lean pale malts, dried citrus peel. Very drinkable, nice gear.
