On tap at Taphouse - CPH, pours a deep dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of roasted malt and piney hops. Flavour is old school, with a nice balance of roasted malt and earthy, piney hops. Quite dry, with a solid hop character that meshes well with the roast. Very good.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours clear, deep brown with a bubbly, khaki head. Light-medium sweet flavour with well toasted brown breAd, light cocoa and roast, background burnt pine and orange rind. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation, light velvety texture. Quite clean to finish, nips of ash, citrus peel, more burnt pine. The drinkability factor is quite high.

Tap@Taphouse, Track TTO Birthday week event, Copenhagen (30/04/2023) - black with a beige head. Roasted malty and hoppy with notes of cocoa and cola, pine needles, undercurrents of light tropical citrus fruity accents, roasted malty backing, bitter hoppy and roasted malty finish. Nice.

440ml can. Very very dark brown, beige head. Aroma of pineya nd citrusy hops, bit of chocolate and roast malt. Taste is hoppy, citrus, grapefruit peel, chocolate and roast malt with a coffee like bitterness. Imagine having to wait 8 years for Track to brew another BIPA. Worth the wait, I suppose.
