A collaboration with our friends over at Finback in New York. Pablo & The Whale is a 10% TIPA loaded with Mosaic cryo and a touch of el dorado for a classic combination of pine and dank hop notes with a light fruitiness. The design is of Finback's resident long boi who dives in to see what all the commotion is about, with a chase between a Wander villain and their whale!

Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet citrus, pine. Rich resinous taste, lots of sweet citrus, pineapple, mango, papaya in there too. Long sweet fruit linger. Quite easy drinking given the strength.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly is briefly smooth before a biting minerally crisp carbonation. Light malts, a nice level of creamy sweetness. Hops, whatever they are, deliver a crisp pine and light crisp savoury skunk. Maybe a little Sabro or HBC472, something a bit coconut. Smooth and slightly ripe citrus. Touch of ripeish tropical fruits with melon just rising above the pack. Crisp hop spicy finish. Light crisp and well hoppy. Nice Tipa.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed orange appearance, small white head. Deeply sweet tropics, with additional tinned fruit hints, dank moments.. light bodied but with a definite alcohol kick. Standard TIPA.
