330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Small beige head. Aroma of salty liquorice and malts, disappointing. Warming mouthfeel. Sweet flavour, notes of malts, alcohol, aquavit spices, liquorice, caramel and oak.

Can (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Hazy copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is spices, some alcohol, spices and raspberries, raisins. Flavour is spices, chocolate, syrup, raspberries, plum and some mild alcohol. Actually works very well and though the aroma was a bit here and there, the flavour weaves it all together nicely.

100ml draught at Wettre Bar, Bryggerifestivalen. Shared with bergstaden. Covering off-white head, upper part lacing on the glass, clear copper-brown body. Inviting aromas of prunes and caramel malts. The taste profile follows suit with caramel, figs, and prunes. Woody. Long-lived, rather sweet ending of dried fruits and caramel malts. Well bodied. Slow sipper qualities. (Trondheim 29.07.2022).

Can. An almost clear one, brown, with a small, soon non-existing, beige head. The aroma is quite wort-like at first, with roasted malts, toffee, dark bread crust, hints of apple jam and some woody hints. Alcohol too. It's full-bodied, warming and sweet on the palate, with some bitterness. Bread crust, toffee, brown sugar, wood notes, some dark dried fruits and a grassy hint in the flavor. Lasting finish, which actually is the best part of the beer. Lots of nice things going on here, but it feels a bit messy. A difficult style to brew, not a bad try. 210516

Can. Clear amber body under a small tan head. Strong aroma of dry fruit, malt and pleasant alcohol. Taste is smooth, malty, dry fruit, toffee and warming alcohol. Full bodied with a long lasting smooth aftertaste as well. A nice quad indeed.
