Bottle: Poured a delicate hazy light yellow color ale with a super large foamy head with great retention and very good lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with nice floral undertones and some light honey notes. Taste is a wonderful mix between some rustic notes with some floral notes as well as some honey and light fruity ester. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. This is a great example of complexity and drinkability without being overly sweet and with great attenuation.

Rated at Hitas Beer Lounge - Platinum Edition. Smooth, slightly funky and farmyardy with some tart fruits, grainy malts, hints of citrus, lemon, grapefruit, oak, earthiness and vinous grapes. Quite nicely balanced and complex. Awesome.

2021 bottle thanks to Billy. It pours hazy bright yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is musty, funky, big vibrant floral character, summer meadow, meadowsweet, grass, light spice, oak, vinous, white wine, sherbet and tangfastics. The taste is crisp, firm, dry, snappy, clean, bright, vibrant, crazy floral, summer meadow, daisies, dandelions, white grape, gooseberry, melon, vinous, lemon sherbet, hint of dry oak, tannin, sherbet, fizzy cola bottles and a touch lactic in the backdrop with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Exquisite. Lovely balance and flavour.
