(Draft at Brauhaus Neulich, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, citrus and peaches. Malty, slightly fruity taste with white bread, peaches, grass and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced, with a soft flavour profile. Quite nice.

Dieses Bier erscheint goldgelb und klar mit viel feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich dabei sehr stabil und langlebig. Duftaromatisch leicht malzig, weißbrot- bis honigartig und leicht fruchtig-hefig. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, spritzig, leicht süßlich malzig bis fruchtig und angenehm, zart trocken-herb. Der mittelkräftige Körper wartet mit leicht moussierender Rezenz, leichter Textur und zarter Trockenheit auf. Geschmacklich und aromatisch nimmt man eine leichte, weißbrot- bis honigartige Malzigkeit wahr. Ein zarter, fruchtiger Charakter mit marginalen Hefenoten und leicht trockener Herbe runden das Profil ab. Zwar darf man sich ob dieser Leichtigkeit keine Offenbarung erwarten, jedoch passt alles gut zusammen, man erkennt keine Fehler und das Bier lässt sich auch leicht trinken. Ein richtiges "Sunset-" oder "Summer-Ale" eben. Der wenig aromatische Nachtrunk hat eine Menge Restrezenz an Bord und klingt mit leicht trockenem, herbem Finish aus.

500ml bottle in Haus der 100 Biere, Berlin on 1st October 2024. Clean and clear golden body, snow white head. Slightly hop forward with a grassy, floral twist, decent malt base. All a bit subtle rather than raw and edgy, wanted more from a new Berlin brewery for me.

On tap at Brauhaus Neulich, Berlin, shared with ZarteFüße_69 and Fates11. Clear golden to amber, small off-white head. Aroma is sharp pungent medicinal, chlorophenols, plastic, very earthy and slightly malty. Flavour is sharp medicinal, plastic, lightly fruity and malty. Some bitterness. Light to medium body.

0.5l bottle from Natural Feinkost, Berlin. Slightly pale golden body, vaguely, vaaaaguely hazy body, off-white head. Minerally, lightly citric taste, odd, bit sweaty fruity touches. Sweetish dry taste, some dry fruity touches, minerally... I mean... not sure what to think of it.
