Cask at The Bay Hop, Colwyn Bay. Clear chestnut. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has nuts and chewy malts with a tangy berry edge. Flavourwise we have spur berries with a grainy edge. Gets fruity. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent bitter.

Clear amber / chestnut brown with a small bubbly off-white head and a fruit malt aroma. Slightly grainy with floral notes, fruit malt, some tartness and a touch of floral bitterness.

Can. Almost clear orange & amber beer, good bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a nice biscuit and mild and unsweet caramel. Light pine into reasonably juicy ripe fruits. Light and semi dry finish. A light and pleasant bitter, very easy to drink. Could perhaps do with just a notch more hop bitter bite.

440ml can from a deli in Llangollen. Pours a russet brown, off-white head of foam atop. Aroma is leafy, autumnal malt. Taste builds on this with a woody leafy malt character with biscuity elements, second sip affirms a really satisfying malt presence with a good balanced bitterness. Really good brown bitter this.
