A wonderful example of an Irish Red Ale. Full flavoured malty goodness with a small addition of Dillisk seaweed pulled from the Atlantic Ocean. Paired with some bread, butter, and local Mayo cheese is heaven indeed.

500 ml bottle online from Craft Beers Delivered.com. Pours clear amber with a beige cap. Light caramel, some berries with moderate bitterness but there's a metallic note that I'm not keen on. Light to medium body with soft carbonation

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily, foamy carbonation. Tasted nicer than aroma.

Fifth beer in a mini-tasting session with little Andy at my place on 14th November 2021. Cheers Andy for bringing four new Irish beers to the session. This 500ml bottle was BB 6th June 2022 (3.5% Version). Brown body with a red/amber hue, off-white head that didn't last too long. Malty front with a mild peaty/smoky undertone.
