Can, from the brewery. Pours clear copper-red with very small frothy beige head that sizzles out fast, high carbonation, woodsy-funky aroma, medium bitter woodsy taste with funky, basement flavors, thin body, long finish. Quite nice and tasty.

16 oz can from John, another new brewery for me, thanks again amigo, 4/18/22. Reddish-orange and mostly clear, with an off white head. Red wine, vinegar, and wood. Musty. Drinks boozier than 7% to me. Interesting, but not totally hitting for me.

Tall US can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 21. Thanks Mike for this. Hazed amber pour, off-white head. Really nice overall. Vinous shades, bolstered by some complex sweet Brett. Crisp. Good stuff.

25th October 2021. Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; 5 guys splitting beers and talking bollox, great fun. Cheers Paul for the 473ml can of this; a new brewery for me and a rare chance to drink a beer from Connecticut. It poured a clean amber colour, on top a weak, wispy white head. Interesting aroma and taste, old musty grapes and other semi-sour fruits come to mind, it shouldn't be a clean and clear beer with those smells and flavours. Liked it!

From a pint can. Pours a clear amber with a small off white head. Aromas are vinous. Flavors are tart red wine. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Quite nice.

Pint can from a two-pack - light ruby with no head to speak of - nose of Brett funk, grape must, and savory notes - flavor has a nice dry Brett funk and moderately tannic red wine character - mild touches of oak - finishing with lingering grape and a moderate acetic character - overall good, but lacks a certain depth and complexity I would like to see in something that underwent such a fermentation and aging process.
