Double IPA hopped with Strata, Mosaic, Citra & Centennial. A chunky tropical fruit salad, mashing melon and passionfruit. Delightful, just don’t do the sums.

Can. Very hazy orange gold beer, good size bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Fluffy pale malts, a thinnish but pleasing creamy sweetness. Crisp hops, crisp pine and a fair dose of hop spice marks this one as apologetically hoppy. But we also get the bright fruity side of hops. Bright and slightly juicy citrus, touch of tropical fruits. Finishes crisp and with a good helping of savory hop. Good stuff. Could have even more hop fruits and a richer malt base but this is multi faceted and drinkable dipa.

This is a lovely DIPA, big rich melon and peach bouquet, creamy tropical notes, massive hop hit (no burn though). Lovely

Can, courtesy of Connor. Cheers pal. Murked up yellow gold. Sticky white swede. Nose has savoury hop. Nettle leaf. Mango and pineapple. Taste is super sweet prior to a robust citrus bitterness. Slick and a little heavy. Fine carbonation. Savoury bitterness to finish. Found it hard work to be honest.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 22. Misty yellow, loose bubbly white head. Excellent dipa, smooth, fruity, light with soft canteloupe and mango leanings.. drinks nice and easy with a measured sweetness. Very good.
