Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol October 2023. Pale gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. A touch of floral hop, some stone fruit character, lager maltiness leading to a moderately finish. Good.

[Cask at The Crosse Keys (JDW), London.] A straw coloured pour with a loose white head; floral aroma; crisp grainy body with a fresh bitterness, floral with a little citrus; and a clean bitter finish. Rather tasty.

Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Some tastiness in a light malt beer. Some peach flavour towards the end. Some light stone fruit flavour. Decent condition. Ok

On cask. Appearance - golden and clear. No head. Nose - orange, bread and a hint of caramel. Taste - orange and caramel mainly. Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet and tangy. Overall - OK but could be fresher.

Cask at Babington Arms, Derby. Pours a pale gold with a small white head and good lacing. Thereโs floral hops and yeast in the aroma plus some hints of citrus. In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet with continental hops, before becoming fairly bitter with grapefruit. Lemon and some underlying caramel. Finish is bitter and quite sticky. Not too bad, but let down by the finish !
