Here’s a little beer we brewed to cheer you up and lift your mood… Don’t worry be hoppy! Over the past week we’ve had some trouble so we have made a beer and brewed it double. Why don’t you sit down and grab a pint as the beer is looking bright?! Wonderful floral and herbal notes followed by a backdrop of citrus and earthy character.

500ml bottle, a gift from a friend: BB 1st October 2023. Drank at home on 1st June 2023. Poured into a vase shaped pint glass, slight haze in the golden body, thin wispy white head. Aroma was both floral and citrusy, both light though; taste more fruity/citrusy but again subtle in nature. Not my thing, sorry.

Cask. Golden beer with a whitish head. Light citrus aroma. Citrus and light hay flavor. Medium bodied. Citrus and light summer fruit linger with light hay.

500ml bottle from, I think, the wine shop in Lyme Regis. Pours clear gold, small white head. Fruity nose. Sweet malt and ripe citrus fruit to taste. Comes across a bit slick and clean. Needs a little more bitterness but generally OK.
