10 November 2023. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Thanks to tderoeck for sharing today's beers - cheers to so many more!

Hazy yellow. White onion, candied ginger, lime, gin, wheat. Sweet-sour vinegar, onion, lime, bit dank. Vague spicy gin warmth. Medium body. Bit weird, okay.

Pours unclear blonde. Scent is full, stonefruit-like harshness. Fairly intense. clay, very interesting. taste is full, clay, very mineral ( cashews provide great complexity). Citric, ginger spicyness. I think this blend is very, very itneresting. Gin isn't recognizable but i'm sure it helps out the complexity even more. Not my favorite, but certainly one of the more interesting beers of BCBF 2023

Draught Small rim over fully hazy yellow-ochre beer. Lime/lemonpeel, dry and a bit powdery - as ground lemonpeel. Lemonbalm, garden herbs. Sweet-sour in a precarious if successfull balance with a remarkable spicy-herbal finish, making it appear drier than it is. Bit aggressive, fiery (all due to the gin, no doubt). Light if quite slick and a tad sticky. Not for the fainthearted, can't help but liking it all the same.

10/XI/23 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival (Antwerp), Day 1 - part 1, BB: n/a (2023-902) Thanks to NathanVC for sharing today’s beers!

Pretty cloudy blond beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, vinegar touch, very sour impression, very fruity too, lots of citrus, hoppy, passion fruits, sweaty armpits, dank hops, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very strong acidity up front, some vinegar, citrus, passion fruits, funky. Aftertaste: sourish, vinegar touch, lemony, very sour.
