Introducing From Diego To The Bay, a new style West Coast IPA (Seven Point Two Percent) with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. For this beer we used a simple grain bill to allow the hops to shine creating a clean, dry and crisp body with a firm bitterness.

Blik gedeeld door Keukeman, geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Tomhendriksen, Benzai en Roelzie. Bleekgeel bier met een wit schuim. Aroma is hoppig iets harsig. De smaak is vol hoppig, harsig, citrusachtig en bitter. Nasmaak is eveneens hoppig maar ebt snel weg.

Can at tasting. Pale golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are lovely hoppy, old school hops, decently bitter. Very very good this one. I love it.

Canned 4/18/23, drunk 5/7/23. Bright, lemony-brass. Mostly clear. Small-to-moderate, white head, modest retention. Lots of white bread, lemon-lime, grapefruit and some wood, greenery and spice. Mosaic and citra combine to add a lot of sweaty-stink, but otherwise the yeast is clean, the malt balanced and attenuated. Soft, malty, very straightforward white bread, good depth, good attenuation. Clean yeast. Bright lemon, light pine, lots of spicey mosaic but not oniony. Solid job of not going overboard on the resin/bitterness for a WC IPA.

16 oz. can. A near clear golden appearance. Aroma is stone fruit with mild herb and pine. For the style, there is an elevated fruit element, but it still ends with pine and or Pineneedles. Good mouthfeel in a medium body. Real good.

Can from BrewExport. It pours crystal clear yellow - good with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemony, lemonade, grapefruit, pomelo, sappy, oily, sherbet, pine needles and just a touch of candy. The taste is crispy, dry, clean, airy malts, decent but restrained bitterness, pine needles, resin, touch of peppery spice, zingy, grapefruit, lemon, lemonade, sherbet, touch pissy, grass and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice clean action.
