28/9/2023. BIAB pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is rich apple, woody, slightly funky, sweet crumble. Sweet taste, light tartness. Medium body, smooth, low carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Clear golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, fruity, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity, some biscuit, funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite OK

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Friday 9th May 2014 Hazy light gold colour, juicy, juicy apples, nice twang, a little tart, some sweet juicy dessert apple. Ok so it is on the sweeter edge of med/sweet but its still lovely. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

From a bag in a box at the Portcullis cider festival, Clifton, Bristol 12/08/10 @ 4.8% ABV. Cloudy orange in colour. Dryish, yeasty apple fruit, with some barnyard funk and tart finish. Refreshing.

Bag in a box at 2nd Thanet Cider and Perry festival, Churchill Tavern, Ramsgate. Cloudy orange colour. Good aroma of apple and orange. Bit of funk. Really good in mouth and very dry on finish. Good puckering feel, really gets the gums. Lovely, says medium, but I’d say more medium dry. Great. Bit of film developer and good acidity.
