Reasonably nice. Middling but good, tastes like their house flavor But the cider adds a nice mild contribution. J&b ams

(Draught at Walhalla Brouwerij & Proeflokaal, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2024) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and black bread. Malty, roasted taste with black coffee, dark chocolate, black bread and a mild coffee bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Smooth and well balanced, with a good coffee character. Nice one.

Can. Black with creamy tan head. Lots of lovely toasty coffee with nuts, earthy dead leaves, chocolate. At first there's some overripe berries and a bit of malts, but that all gives way to fresh nutty coffee and dark chocolate. Just medium sweet and bitter.edium bodied, bit watery feel. I really love the deep long lingering aftertaste here.

0.33 l can from 'Rebelbeercans', canned in November 2023. Black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty aroma of lots of coffee obviously, dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut. Gently sweet, malty, fairly roasty-bitter taste of massive coffee, dark chocolate, licorice and roasted hazelnut, followed by a medium long, fairly roasty-bitter, earthy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very well-brewed Stout, great mouthfeel for such a low abv.
