On tap at BeerGeek Bar. Pours hazy pale blonde. Barnyard funk and musty apple skins on the nose. Flavour has plenty of apple skins, some must, good barnyard funkiness. Very solid.

Draught @ Billies, Antwerp. Pours a misty gold. Pleasant dry cider, fairly light bodied, not especially wild tasting or complex, just a gentle natural tone with a lingering prickle.

Pâle sur un voile léger, col blanc pétillant et pas tenace.
Un cidre classique avec une belle note acerbe et fraiche de pommes - touche verte avec un fleuri délicat tout en ayant ce côté aigrelet en retrait. Bonne pétillance avec une rondeur en fin de bouche, note fine tannique. Le tout garde cependant un fini unidimensionnel.

Pretty clear pale light yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots of apple juice, freshly pressed, sweet impression and a little funky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apples, sweet and sour, good balance between the two, refreshing character. Aftertaste: lots of green apples, some apple skin, dry, a little bitter in the finish, still acidic, ok.
