Bottle shared at RBBWG 2023. Light golden colored, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, sweet floral notes, citrus peel notes, soft sourish hints. Flavor is similar: super complex but everything incredibly balanced, soft and smooth. SARA provides once more. This is incredible.

Pours slightly unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is fresh, spicy phenols, brett, oak, very full and pleasant. Very inviting ! Taste is full, tart, refreshing, oak and brett in perfect balance. Nice phenolic saison profile. Slightly fruity even. Quite damn lovely !

Clear beige blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very funky, fruity, brett, floral, sourish impression, a bit dirty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, fruity start, pleasant acidity, lemony, pretty bitter, tannins, earthy. Aftertaste: dry, sourish, fruity, bitter, dry, clean acidity, funky, yeasty, esters.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly fruity with lemony, green grape notes. As it warms you pick up some stone fruit, especially cherry. Medium light malt notes with some of the buckwheat and spelt coming through. Hints of alcohol and oak. Faint phenolics Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a medium sized, somewhat thick, fluffy, white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness and medium light acidity. Quite a bit of buckwheat and spelt come through in the flavor. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately fruity with notes of peach, apricot, cherry, and lighter notes of tropical fruit, lemon and grape. Light earthy, peppery phenolics. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid saison. Great fermentation notes adding some nice fruitiness and just a touch of phenolics. Malt character really shines, especially in the flavor. Very enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong buckwheat, floral, honey, oak. Slick body, citrus, buckwheat, honey, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is sharp funk, basement, barrel, lemon, tannins, minerals. Flavor is light plus tart. Light plus funk. Bright, complex, lively. Reminds me of earlier Nonnas batches. Merlin body, soft palate
