Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear hydrated pee with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has rice and straw with a hint of sweetness coming through. Flavor is mild with rice and straw notes and a hint of hay backing.

A: clear golden, small, white head.
A: bread dough & crust, cooked rice, yeast, wheat.
T: sweetish apple, dough, sourish wheat.
F: dry yeast, bread, rice.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Remarkable within the style.

Coronado Island, fish n chips. Pale straw, active, lingering froth. Floral rice & faintly lemon nose. Taste is crisp premium lager, lemon, saltines, acidic & faintly bitey bitter finish. Off-dry. Decent. Rice lagers just trigger my meh response.

335 ml can from Beer Republic advent calendar poured into a Dimpled mug. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, green berries, melon, and earthy floral hops. Bread. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Slightly drying fruity finish. Nice, slick and crisp Lager.

Small fizzy white head. No retention. Aroma: straw, lemon peel and pale malts. Taste: zesty and peppery. Metallic mouthfeel. Yeasty and peppery aftertaste. Next one please!

Very pale yellow colour with thin bright white head. Clean tasting. Starts sweetish and finishes dry. Very refreshing.

Optisch ziemlich dünnes Gold, kein Schaum, soweit schonmal sehr japanisch. In der Nase Reis und dezent Frucht. Im Trunk überraschend crispy, süffig, leicht süß, sehr lecker.

35cl Blik van Beer Republic Advent '23. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Zwavel, licht moerassig van geur in aanzet, later wat bloemiger, licht grassig, licht moutig, crisp, licht bitter. Lichte body. Degelijk fris pilsje.

12 fl. oz. can from the Beer Republic advent calendar. Pale golden in the glass, nearly clear with a small short living white head. Sweet grassy aroma with yeast. Light taste, citrus sweet grassy, pale malty, maybe rice, cereales, low bitterness. Easy drinker.

Can from the BB Advent calendar. Slight haze, light gold with very white head. Nice nose of fresh grain and earthy notes. Pretty clean and mid bodied flavor for being under 5%, crisp with some citrus. Well made example of a style that's not really too exciting, but surely a great choice on a hot day on the island.
