Peacharine is our first single hop Hazy IPA. Peacherine is a new, experimental hop variety that was recently developed in New Zealand's Sunrise Valley. The aroma is ripe with peach, nectarine and citrus zest. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a medium body, it's got full on hop goodness with flavors of citrus and stone fruits, peach, plum and candied orange. A mild, herbal bitterness reminiscent of thyme and basil.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Soft pale malts, a nice soft creamy sweetness. Nice Peacharine hoppage. Juicy peach, sweet and with a candy element. Light crisp pine alongside and a nibbly hop spice. Back end reveals mild Nectarine and a trace of citrus. Top notch single hop IPA. Supremely drinkable and absolutely nails the hop it's showcasing!

Third of a pint, murky, milky lemon colour, wispy white head. Peachy nose and taste, other citrussy fruits joined in. New brewery to me, liked it!

Draft @ DosKiwis.
