hazy pale yellow colour, large, dense off-white head; aroma of citrusy, some peachy, Belgian yeasty, earthy and floral notes; taste of a mixture of a Belgian Blond and an IPA; I like it!

Italian restaurant in Brussels. Didn't pay attention. Went well with a pizza

Bottle. Slight hazy golden with big white head. Very grassy, floral, light yeast, tangerine, wheat. Like a mix between a German pils, a saison and a citrussy IPA. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a lot of carbonation.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Nose has a great Belgian yeast expression, still fragrant floral hops after 6 months, and a touch of pine. Flavour is bitingly bitter, with lots of piney and floral hops that combine well with the spicy Belgian yeast. The above-average carb for an IPA is more reminiscent of a hoppy Belgian blonde ale. Whatever this is, it’s excellent.

Taste: bitter start, hoppy, fruity touch, citrus, grapefruit, lime and lemon, grassy, a bit piny, resinous, herbal touch. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy, grassy, a hint of tropical fruits, juicy, more citrus, some orange peel, ok.

Bottled 10 Jan 24. Pale golden body, with a big, creamy head. Aroma of citrus, pine, passion fruit, stone fruits, some biscuit and dough. Tastes similar. Moderately creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium dry, medium bitter, citric, fruity, with lots of lingering pine needles. Lovely as always. Crisp, very hoppy and piney, with just enough smooth malt body. Lots of citrus this time, leading to a really fresh impression. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Pale yellow colour with lasting thin head. Starts really dry and yeasty. Soft yellow stone fruit. Light but very dry and bitter. Very well balanced.
