Bottle. A- Grains, hay, grass, cereal. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Slightly bitter, corn, grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- A crisp dry and slightly bitter lager. A decent one, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Clear pale straw yellow, thin white head with not so much retention. Sweet aroma, grainy, corn, grass, hint of fruit, bit metallic. Taste light to medium sweet, slight bitterness, a bit sharp (alcohol?). Light body, average carbonation, thin watery feel, sweetness and light bitterness continue in finish, somewhat watery overall.

Aroma is sweet and slightly grainy but there is also some fruitiness and a hint of sulfur. I also pick up medium corn notes. Pours a very clear, very pale yellow with a moderately thick white head with decent retention. Flavor is similar to aroma and is slightly grainy upfront. There is quite a bit of sweetness though that is fairly estery. Very faint bitterness and a slight sulfur finish. Light sweet corn notes in the flavor. Not as clean as I was expecting. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is somewhat watery. Medium carbonation. Faint astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall an alright light adjunct lager, but too sweet and estery for the style. The rest of the flavor and aroma seems alright though. Had to come back and lower my rating as this gave me a significant redness that I get with unclean fermentation.
