Review from 2021 - 330ml bottle titled as 'Indie', pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of apple, pear, pine, bread & yeast. Moderate body. Moderate bitter finish. Drinkable but forgettable

Bottle shared at work at a blind tasting. So this one is weird: it lacks major flaws, but majbe because it lacks character too. It's clean and straightforward, but at the same time mediocre at every aspect. Certainly not the worst brew I've had, but terribly bland.

Can from MENY. Clear golden body with a medium sized white head. Rather weak and neutral in aroma, some pale malt and some kind of light general fruitiness. Flavor is kinda OK and quite refreshing but nothing great going on really. Medium body and aftertaste. Drinkable without any off flavors but nothing exiting going on here.

Bottiglia.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Grainy malt aroma with soft floral-ish noble hops, bready notes, and some grass. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is almost medium. Maltier than I expected with grains dominating the aroma, like a Pilsener. Not bad, nothing special either.

Keg at Brewdog Doghouse Edinburgh. Really thought I'd had this before! Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of biscuit and lemon. Taste is more of the same, maybe a hint of pine. Standard golden ale really.
