Hops: Saaz, Sladek.
Karanska 9 is a light, bottom fermented beer made by the classic recipe. We brewed it with our trusted ingredients and methods. We used only Czech hops (Saaz and Sládek), combined pilsner and munchen malt and mash process. That all makes Karanska 9 a balanced, tasty and distinctive beer. It has mild zest, light yellow colour and balanced bitterness. A lower wort level gives it light body and makes it very easy to drink. It’s alcohol content is 3,9%.

mild sweet and crisp lager aroma, a little bit of carboard, but still a lovely and enticing aroma. very slightly fruity. flavor is a bit watery, lager malty, okay euro hoppy bitterness. Fairly well tasting but feels watered down, even though it probably isn't. easy drinking but maybe a tiny bit too sweet to be drunk in huge quantities.

Can in the garden, in the sun, 3rd September 23. Pours clear and straw in colour. Aroma is malty, crisp, straw. Taste is bitter, straw, refreshing, some malts. It’s a sun shine refresher, not as good as their other beers I’ve tried

Can shared in London. Big thanks to the Osprey! Pours clear light gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with simple crispy biscuits, a nip of dough, mild bitter grass and straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decently bitter finish, some grass, husky grain, bit more lightly doughy biscuit. Not bad.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the Man for the Can. Almost clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy and fairly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Sweet fluffy dry pale malts. Sweet thin orangey citrus, little lemon. Airy dry finish. Bloody hell!

Can from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear golden amber with a decent fluffy white head. The taste is toasty grain, quite sweet, sponge cake, rich tea biscuit, cornflakes and definitely has some green veg vibes about with cabbage in particular. The taste is crispy, dry upfront, snap of bitterness, grassy, green, herbal, some green vegetables, cabbage, broccoli and the like, peppery spice and metallic twang with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. A bit of a mixed bag really. Has quite a bitter uncooked green veg vibes.

On tap at Christian Firtal Pilsner Festival. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Malty with both diacetyl and a touch of DMS. Dry and slightly thin malty flavour. Not up to the usual standard of Prague's finest.

Can @ Din Øl, Odense. Fresh Can. Pours clear Golden with a frothy White head. Sweet malty bready beneath a good amount of cooked vegetables. Broccoli and Cauliflower. My Lovely brewery is hitting the Ground in a minute. They have major issues after opening new facility. I get these notes in all of their beers right now. Such a shame.
