Aroma is sweeter than I imagined. Taste follows with a slight amount of roasted chocolate with medium bitterness. Overall not impressive, but not terrible.

Bottle @ Fonefan. Pours dark ruby amber with a full creamy white head and lacings. Nose is dark malts, caramel, bread , fruit, grain and sugar. Sweet. Really sweet and alcoholic flavor. Cloying and way too much. Medium bodied.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & heavy (thanks!) Dark amber coloured, small off-white head, malty metallic nose. Malty caramel and light fruity taste with metallic notes in the finish. I’m not really satisfied with this one.

Bottle, Jodl 18+. Brown-amber body. Off white head, tiny. Very light malty nose. Light fruity, soft malty taste, vaguely orangey taste. Very light bitterish taste. Faint, simple, not bad.

2010-11-11, draught at Pfungstädter Brauereigasthof, 6-4-6-3-13=32
Mahogany color; creamy head. Light caramel aroma, and light biscuits. The body is quite round; there is strong caramel flavor, with an upcoming roasted nut and dark caramel bitterness; some sugars in the front, but more roastiness in the end. Better than the other beers from the brewery, but, still, sub-par.
2010-11-06, bottle from Maruhn, Darmstadt, 6-4-6-3-13=32
It pours a dark brown color, with dark amber hue. Mild aroma of malt, cereals, caramel. It has a strong caramel flavor, with a dash of cereals, a correct body strength, mostly on the dry side; correct bitterness level, some coming also from the caramelized sugars, and that leads to a quite long final. Pleasant.

bottle. Clear brown colour, large off-white head. Rather hoppy nose. Caramel, roasetd malts and chocolate are combined with apleasant amount of bitter aromatic hops. Rather hoppy for the style, which makes this beer quite interesting.

A clear brown bock with a thick moka head, very nice. Light caramel, nutella and marshmallow in aroma. In mmouth, a really nice nutty bock, with woody notes, caramel, treacle, very nice and smooth. The oxidation, in my view, improved the beer overall. Medium bodied. Enjoyed in 500 mL weizen glass, bottle from Maruhn, BB 17-09-08.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts malty and dry, the finish is a bit like a red wine, fruity, dry, a bit sourish. Should be sweeter.
