Half-pint, draught at Port Street Beer House. Shared with Finn. almost black in the glass, fine lacing from a stable fawn-coloured head. Roasted on the nose, hints of biscuit and bread-like malts, inviting. Fine blend of dark bread, biscuit and a backdrop of resinous hops. Roasted bitter tail. Medium bodied. Nice. (rating no. 24500) (Manchester, 24.03.2024).
