Clear golden and peach coloured body with an off-white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of pure cucumbers, light honey, a dash of grain and a light dose of tart fruits with some funky yeasts - quite nice and very light throughout with a little bit of wheat as well. Light-bodied; Strong cucumber flavour with a pure freshness of coriander seed and some light brine with a dash of flowers and pure grass here that make this clean and very soft throughout. Afftertaste shows a very light sweetness from caster sugar and a dose of soft wheat and yeasts and ending with a lot of funky and crisp cucumber elements that hit the mark nicely with a very easy-drining and pure, refreshing beer that almost shows as a light juice than a beer! Overall, a nice beer that should be sampled by anyone in the summer, especially in Florida, but anywhere as this is very crisp and clean. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 29-April-2019 for US$2,84 sampled at my house here in Washington on 12-January-2020.

4oz draft @ Coppertail, Tampa. Tks Jack. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme met de suite en avant l'effet courge du concombre assez frais, le tout ponctué par un rétro-nasal citrique et léger de grains, kettle sour. Palais est acidulé, effet farineux, concombre bien là, léger un peu watery mais ajoutant un effet désaltérant à la bière, le tout rappelant un effet pickle dill.

On tap at Ichicoro. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong cucumber, dough, wheat. Thin body, cucumber, lime, wheat, nice tartness, very good.

Tap at TCBW. Pours golden. Aroma is sour, cucumber, some sweetness. Flavor is watery and cucumber. Overall: not much beer here... but I like cucumber water, so I can drink it.
