A new beer in our Reflections series. Our first ever California Common, brewed using a Lager Yeast but fermented at Ale temperatures. Rich toasted malt character, combined with a strong hop character. Notes of freshly baked bread, delicate toffee and bitter orange.

440ml can. Pours clear orange, small off-white head. Aroma of bready and caramel malts, toffee, marmalade. Taste is sweetish malts, caramel, bready, marmalade, odd aftertaste sort of marzipan like. Light-medium body.

440ml can from Raynville Superstore. Gluten Free. Orangey amber colour, bubbly off-white foam head and aroma of malt, bread, toffee, citrus. Taste is sweetish, malty, toffee, caramel, bready, with some marmaladey notes and tangy citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bready bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
