Alltså det är så spicy/herbal/dry ❤️ är det ingen annan som minns att du är var så här vi ville att alla saison skulle smaka en gång i tiden? 😅

Bottle shared in MA. Sourced via Etre. No gush! Pours hazy gold with a frothy, pure white head. Great classical saison. Some grassy bitterness, lemon peel, husky grains, wheat flakes, straw. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more grass and wheat, citrus peel, soft yeast expression. Excellent.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Dark straw colour. Moderate haze. Thick, lasting, lacing, foamy, white head. Looks boss. Nose has soft, white pepper spice. Bready sweet malts. Zested lime. Touch of clove. Hint of aniseed. Taste has an initial sweetness, turning bold and brassy, spicy, herbal bitter. Smooth mouthfeel, with foamy, massaging carbonation. A little drying and tart. Finish is big, spicy, herbal bitterness. Blanche on gear, which was probably the idea. It works.
