Whenever we break out the London Fog Yeast, special things happen. This Imperial NEIPA is smothered in the stuff. Like a precious little snow angel blown in from the tropics, our little Miss Sunshine is chockfull of passion fruit, guava and mango with a thick creamy mouthful. This friends, is what Tahiti tastes like, or maybe Fiji. Or maybe Tahiti + Fiji. It's an expensive vacation hiding in plain sight, dressed down in a winter hat and warm socks.

Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Overripe, sweet Tropical fruity over a Solid Body and a decent, bittersweet hoppy Finish. Smooth.

Cloudy yellow in the glass and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Decent sweetness and a fine mellow carbonation level. Tropical fruity, pine and citric hoppy flavor [Can at Drunken Chefs in Halden, Norway]

44cl Blik. Mistiggele kleur, witte kraag. Zoet, ananas, aspartaam, wat passievrucht, behoorlijk zoete smaak ook, weinig bitter. Medium body.

Can, at Drunken Chef's. An orange one, unclear, with a white head. Lacing. The aroma has orange, peach, generic tropical fruit and some alcohol in the aroma, with a hint of pale malts. It's full bodied and lightly warming, with a soft carbonation. Nice bitterness, dealing with the sweetness present. Orange, some generic tropical fruityness, pine cones and a pleasant maltyness in the flavor. Long finish. Tasteful and pleasant. 240621

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Opaque yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus, guava and other tropical fruits. The flavour has the same elements, also notes of sprucetips. Moderate to low bitterness.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 14 Feb 2024) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, citrus, pineapple and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, juicy and tasty. Very nice.
