Panda from Danlo, cheers Ed. Pours deep brown towards black with slim tan foam. Big pastry vibes. Roast chocolate malts. Prominent bourbon barrel, vanilla, caramel & toffee, some cinnamon evident. Moderate to heavy sweet. Oily mouthfeel. Medium to full body, low carbonation.

Taste is sweet, chocolatey, malty, caramel, pastry, with barrel notes, dried fruit, nutty, booze, and mellow roasty bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, soft low carbonation, smooth & boozy finish. Very good.
