Almost black beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour dark fruits, blackcurrant, cherries. Taste of sour cherries, blackberries, dark malt, slightly boozy.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, caramel, wood. Flavor is lightly sour, malt, little caramel, wet wood, oxidation, dark fruit. Thin body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 210321

ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, oxidised, sour berries, wood, dark malt - roasted, sour. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, dark malt, roasted - toasted, wood, sour berries, light wood - wet wood, oxidised. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, lactose acid, little earth, a bit oxidated, fruits and has a light sour roasty finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear very dark with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark malt, light oxidized and light tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. Strangely thin for the ABV. 200321

Bottle @Saxo. Black, light beige head. Chocolate aroma, coffee and a light solvent note. Sourish berry flavour, coffee, oxidised.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and roasted malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Black pour with a small off white head. Sour dark malty with notes of berry fruit, dark dried fruit, medium body, sour edged dark malty close. Abit weird.

Sample from 75 cl bottle. Near black with a few tanned bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with blue cheese, dark malts and fruits. Medium bodied. Taste is sweet. Light to medium body. Sweet finish with lactic notes. Sloppy made.
