Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Dougall's Fishman Anchoves Imperial Stout (9+1 Theme Beer) ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty, wood, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, dusty, woody, sweet malt, chocolate, light salty (anchovy). Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Opaque black color, medium to full sized creamy brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, black liquorice, roast, malt bitter. Lingering liquorice and roasted malt bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Decent.

On tap at Borefts '18. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of mocha, coffee, roast, caramel, liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet, coffee, mocha, roast, caramel, liquorice, light salty, bitter finish. Full bodied. Tasty RIS.

Sample @Borefts Beer Festival 2018, day 1 with [Zlotta/Sjogro/Maakun/Svartvit]. zwart met volle bruine kraag, en geserveerd met een stokbroodje en anchovis erbij. aroma van geroosterde mout, chocolade, cacao, drop, smaken zijn vol, romig, glad, veel chocolade, ceel cacao, alcohol, haal er nu niet echt de ansjovis uit, volle body, goed.
